Runner’s Edge is excited to bring the Run Like a Mother 5k to Montana this Mother’s Day.

The Run Like A Mother 5k is an inspiring, celebratory event that takes place in eight cities across the country each Mother’s Day on courses that wind through picturesque neighborhoods, scenic parks, and city streets. Moms, daughters, sisters, grandmothers and everyone in between enjoying good memories, great atmosphere and a festive post-race party featuring live entertainment, food refreshments, and sponsor tents.

Run Like a Mother MOTIVATES AND MOVES YOU! We are every woman, from every walk or run of life, gathering together for one day to celebrate who we are and what we do. Women. Whether you are a mother or not, we celebrate together on Mother’s Day with a 5k road run. Join us Sunday, May 13th, 2018.


-Saturday May 12th:

  • 10am-2pm Packet Pickup in Runner’s Edge basement

-Sunday May 13th (Race Day):

  • 7:30-8:15am: Packet Pickup
  • 8:30am: Run Like a Mother 5k Start
  • 9:00am-10:00: Breakfast, Mimosas, and Coffee


5k Start will be at the Boone and Crockett Club on the Milwaukee Trail. Finish at Caras Park

Training Class:

Whether you want to get to the starting line ready to run your best race or you just like meeting and running with new friends, our 6-week group training program does both. Novice, Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced we have you covered! We will be meeting as a group Sunday afternoons at 4 p.m.
The training program will begin on Sunday April 1, 2018 and run through Saturday May 12, 2018. The $25 fee for the training class gets you a six week workout schedule designed to prepare you for a 5k run, the camaraderie that comes with group running, and support class leaders ready to help with whatever you need. Whether you are an experienced runner or have never run a step in your life this program can help!
