The Run Like A Mother 5k is an inspiring, celebratory event that takes place in eight cities across the country each Mother’s Day on courses that wind through picturesque neighborhoods, scenic parks, and city streets. Moms, daughters, sisters, grandmothers and everyone in between enjoying good memories, great atmosphere and a festive post-race party featuring live entertainment, food refreshments, and sponsor tents.
Run Like a Mother MOTIVATES AND MOVES YOU! We are every woman, from every walk or run of life, gathering together for one day to celebrate who we are and what we do. Women. Whether you are a mother or not, we celebrate together on Mother’s Day with a 5k road run.
This year we are pairing with Mountain Home Montana, a local non-profit organization that provides support to young families, for a diaper drive. All donations will go towards diapers and other essentials.
Thanks for participating in our 2019 race!
Run Like a Mother is going cupless! Last year Runner’s Edge Events used over 20,000 cups. In order to cut down on waste, we are moving all of our races to cupless events.
What this means for you– Please plan on carrying a bottle, bladder, or collapsible cup for use at the aid stations. If you would like to take advantage of the water, coffee, recovery drinks, or any other fluids we may have in the start/finish area, please plan on bringing a personal cup to use.
Thank you for helping us reduce waste at our events!
