Join professional athletes Courtney Babcock & Jenny Newton for running classes that will improve your speed and fitness, help your form and mechanics and most importantly make those hard days easier when you’re running with others.

Classes are based around different intervals including trails, fartleks, hills and tempos.Classes are geared for all paces, beginner to advanced.

Variety classes involve intervals and will change each week between trails, pavement/track, and hills. Tempo classes consist of varying types of tempos (continuous runs), and long intervals. Run/strength classes include 45 mins of run intervals, 25 mins of run specific strength work and 5 mins of dynamic stretching.

Class Schedule
5:30-6:30pm (variety) – Jenny

6:30-7:30am (variety) – Courtney
9-10am (variety) – Courtney

12-1 ( tempo and intervals) – Courtney

12 weeks (1x per week) save over 15% – $155
12 weeks (2x per week) save 20%- $290
Drop-in – $15/class
Classes are limited to 12 people with a minimum of 5 people needed to sign up for the 12 weeks to have the class. Class will meet in the basement of the Runners Edge (please enter through the back door in the alley).
