Miles Run Per Week: 35 (or so). Depending on what accidents I’ve been in at the time, I usually run around 35 miles a week if not in training and not hurt!!!
Favorite Ways to Cross Train: I mountain bike and lap swim to add to cross training. Yoga and skiing in the winter.
Currently Training For: Once I am out of my boot (mountain bike crash= broken foot ), I will begin to train for the North Face trail marathon in San Francisco with one of my daughters best friends Heidi Gaskill in December. After that I will be training for Boston.
This is especially important to me since I have missed out the past 2 years due to a shattered patella.
